WinVICE r45058 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Added nww "copy" target type (VTE_FORMAT_ASCII) in the novte lib to force converting UTF8 encoded PETSCII to ASCII when copypasting (fixes #2007). When no c64 font is detected in the monitor, use the regular ascii mapping. This keeps other fonts working (fix #2008) and can serve as a workaround for copy-pasting (#2007) for the time being
