WinVICE r44958 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: VSID: fix 8580 sliders getting greyed out with new 8580 filter
Greying out the ReSID 8580 sliders should only happen when the old 8580 filter
code is used (`--disable-new8580filter`), since the old code didn't have
customizable filter settings, but the new code does.
