PPSSPP Git (2023/07/10) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* Remove the HTTP wrapper (that was previously needed for the DuckStation-derived code)
* Switch over to rc-client
* UIContext: Add an easy way to draw drop shadows under rectangular things
