NSFPlay Git (2023/06/24) is compiled. NSFPlay is an NSF player for Windows and plugin for Winamp. It is a fork of the original program by Brezza, intended to provide support for more recent Windows operating systems, and improve its accuracy and utility.

NSFPlay Git Changelog:
* move title to last tabstop, if it's the first item it seems to always get focus (GotoDlgCtrl, SetFocus, etc. don't seem to be able to cancel it at startup)
* document INI overrides better
* fixed blocked config command line
* fix broken config argument command line search
* new SAVEVOLUME parameter
* ability to override INI files from command line
* Defer initialization so there is time to set up the DLL with INI information before loading it.
