WinVICE r43921 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

When disassembling, move the determination of mem_config around
so that the monitor Disassemble command uses the same mem_config as the other
monitor Memory commands (set by the monitor "bank" command). For disassembly
in cases like breakpoints, single step, CPU history and debug cpu tracing, keep
it the same (intending to show whatever the CPU is actually seeing).
