Redream Git (2016/10/12) is compiled. Redream (originally called Dreavm) is a work in progress emulator for the SEGA Dreamcast.

* fix crash on exit due to bad munmap call
add support for options which are persistent, but not visible to the user (internal program settings)
* reset internal node state inside of rb_link to deal with uninitialized nodes
clear watch correctly when processing segfault

redream --bios=path/to/dc_boot.bin --flash=path/to/dc_flash.bin [bin or gdi file]
