rpcs3 Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: rpcs3 rpcs3 Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. RPCS3 is an open-source Sony PlayStation 3 emulator and debugger written in C++ for Windows and Linux. The emulator has been in development since early 2011 and currently supports modern DirectX 12, Vulkan and OpenGL renderers. The emulator is capable of booting and playing a decent amount of commercial games and PlayStation 3 SDK samples. Many more titles are also becoming playable with future development by contributors.

PCSX2 Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: PCSX2PCSX2 Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. PCSX2 is a free and open-source PlayStation 2 (PS2) emulator. Its purpose is to emulate the PS2's hardware, using a combination of MIPS CPU Interpreters, Recompilers and a Virtual Machine which manages hardware states and PS2 system memory. This allows you to play PS2 games on your PC, with many additional features and benefits.

DeSmuME Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR:DeSmuMEDeSmuME Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. DeSmuME is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator for Linux, Mac OS and Windows. DeSmuME supports save states, the ability to increase the size of the screen and it supports filters to improve image quality. DeSmuME also supports microphone use on Windows and Linux ports, as well as direct video and audio recording. The emulator also features a built-in movie recorder.

melonDS Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: melonDSmelonDS Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. melonDS is an open source Nintendo DS(NDS) emulator. melonDS is part of a second wave of DS emulators. There are a few other emulator projects that are part of it, which you might have already heard of. Either way, check them out!

Flycast Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: Flycast Flycast Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. Flycast is a multi-platform Sega Dreamcast, Naomi and Atomiswave emulator derived from reicast.

Vita3K Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: Vita3KVita3K Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

Snes9x Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: Snes9xSnes9x Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC or Workstation; which includes some real gems that were only ever released in Japan. Snes9x is the result of well over three years worth of part-time hacking, coding, recoding, debugging, divorce, etc. (just kidding about the divorce bit). Snes9x is coded in C++, with three assembler CPU emulation cores on the i386 Linux and Windows ports.

SkyEmu Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR:SkyEmu SkyEmu Git (2024/06/09) is released. SkyEmu is a low level GameBoy, GameBoy Color and Game Boy Advance emulator. Its primary focus is to provide a good user experience through a good mixture of tradeoffs of accuracy, performance, features and usability.

NooDS Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: NooDSNooDS Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. A (hopefully!) speedy NDS emulator. NooDS is available for Linux, macOS, Windows, and the Nintendo Switch. Automatic builds are provided; to use them, you'll need to install wxWidgets on Linux or macOS, or the latest Visual C++ runtime library on Windows. NooDS doesn't provide high-level emulation of the BIOS yet. To actually run games, you'll need BIOS files, named "bios7.bin" and "bios9.bin", and a firmware file, named "firmware.bin", placed in the same directory as the executable. On the Switch, you'll also need to have a ROM file named "rom.nds" in the directory, because there's no file browser yet.

GearSystem Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: GearSystem GearSystem Git (2024/06/09) is complied. GearSystem is a Sega Master System / Game Gear emulator written in C++ that runs on iOS, Raspberry Pi, Mac, Windows and Linux. The main focus of this emulator is readability of source code with very high compatibility.

Gearboy Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: GearboyGearboy Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. Gearboy is a Nintendo Game Boy emulator written in C++. The emulator is focused on readability of source code, but nevertheless it has good compatibility. A lot of effort has gone into this in order to follow OOP and keep it as simple as possible.

FB Neo Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: FB AlphaFB Neo Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

PPSSPP Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: PPSSPPPPSSPP Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

Stella Git (2024/06/09)

The Atari 2600 Video Computer System (VCS), introduced in 1977, was the most popular home video game system of the early 1980's. OpenMSX Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR:OpenMSX OpenMSX Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.

DOSBox-Staging Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: DolphinDolphin Git 5.0-21666 is compiled. This is the trunk of Dolphin Project. Dolphin is the first Gamecube emulator able to run commercial games! Dolphin is a Gamecube, Wii and Triforce (the arcade machine based on the Gamecube) emulator which supports many extra features and abilities not present on the original consoles. It has a partial Wii support and plays most Gamecube games.

jgenesis v0.7.2 is released. Cross-platform multi-console emulator supporting a number of 8-bit and 16-bit gaming consoles: Sega Genesis / Sega CD / SNES / Master System / Game Gear emulator.

EmuCR:VirtualC64VirtualC64 v5.0b2 is released. VirtualC64 is a C64 emulator for Mac OS X from Dirk W. Hoffmann. VirtualC64 emulates a Commodore 64 personal computer on your Macintosh.

RMG v0.6.2

EmuCR: RMGRMG v0.6.2 is released. Rosalie's Mupen GUI is a free and open-source mupen64plus GUI written in C++. It offers a simple-to-use user interface.

MAME v0.266 for Slackware

EmuCR: MAME for SlackwareMAME v0.266 for Slackware is released. These are MAME (and tools) packages for Slackware Linux (32-bit and 64-bit editions). MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator.

Swiss r1664

Mesen2 Git (2024/06/09)

EmuCR: MesenMesen2 Git (2024/06/09) is compiled. Mesen is a NES/Famicom emulator and NSF player. It is still a work in progress - some features are currently incomplete or may change in future versions.

Cxbx Reloaded (2024/06/08)

EmuCR:Xbox EmulatorsCxbx Reloaded (2024/06/08) is released. Cxbx-Reloaded is an emulator for running Microsoft Xbox (and eventually, Chihiro) games on Microsoft Windows. The project began life as a fork of Cxbx with added 64-bit support. Work is currently underway to backport some of the improvements from Dxbx. Cxbx-Reloaded is still pretty unstable, don't expect it to run much at this point.
