Nemulator v4.5

Nemulator v4.5 is released. Nemulator is win32 NES emulator.nemulator 2.0 uses DirectX 10, therefore Windows Vista or Windows 7 is required. If you receive an error message stating that d3dx10_33.dll is missing, please download the latest DirectX 10 update from Microsoft at microsoft.com. You need a lot of horsepower (probably a dual-CPU/core system) to run the menu at full speed.

nemulator v4.5 Changelog:
Added support for Game Boy Color and Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man Arcade emulation.
For Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man, supported rom sets* should be placed in c:\roms\arcade**, e.g., c:\roms\arcade\pacman
* pacman, mspacman, mspacmab, mspacmnf
** or path configured in nemulator.ini arcade.rom_path
Code optimization, cleanup, and various bug fixes
NES: CPU fixes for Ironsword and Cobra Triangle
NES: MMC3 fix for Wario's Woods
Switched to WASAPI audio library
