WinVICE r45013

WinVICE r45013 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Make the Linux evdev joystick driver the default
Change `--with-evdev` to `--without-evdev`, making the evdev joystick driver
the default for Gtk3 builds on Linux. Will require installing the libevdev
headers (Debian: libevdev-dev), Linux Gtk3 README updated accordingly.

c1541: properly close any disk images that were succesfully opened
When exiting due to being unable to open a disk image specified on the command
line, properly close the disk images that were succesfully opened.
