Hades Git (2024/03/20)

Hades Git (2024/03/20) is compiled. A Nintendo Game Boy Advance emulator. Hades is still under heavy development but it aimes to have a decent balance between usability, speed and accuracy.

Hades Git Changelog:
* Add the new Hades-Tests `dma-latch` test rom to the accuracy suite.
* Fix a comment in `core.c`.
* Ensure the first invalid access of the DMA unit, if any, is handled correctly.
