PPSSPP Git (2023/12/04) is compiled. PPSSPP is a fast and portable PSP emulator for Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux, written in C++.

* RetroAchievements: Display rich-presence messages on the pause screen

* RetroAchievements: Finish the Challenge->Hardcore rename
* RetroAchievements: Only apply Hardcore restrictions if the game is recognized
* Update the rcheevos submodule again
* PlayTimeTracker: Remove unnecessary assert.
