FB Neo Git (2023/12/05) is compiled. FinalBurn Neo is an Emulator for Arcade Games & Select Consoles. It is based on the emulators FinalBurn and old versions of MAME.

* MAME 0.261 sync (gametron,gottlieb)
* sfz3mix 0.22 temporarily not working, will be fixed later today
* donpachi, fix click on first coin sample
* samples, add new flag for no dump
* Cps2Turbo: add missing y-lines to sfz3mix, add asspect ratio DIP
* sfz3mix: revert samples change
