DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/09/04) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:

* Update Visual Studio 2019 references in the doco to 2022
* Prevent duplicate SDL Window creation when using OpenGL
* Present the last throttled VFR frame when possible
* Re-initialize the vsync settings on 'output =' changes
* Assume vsync is enabled when 'vsync = auto'
