DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/09/01)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/09/01) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Rename doublewidth to double_width
* Simplify RenderParams comparison
* Store RenderParams in VGA_Draw instead of duplicating the fields
* Move structs from vga.h & render.h to video.h
* Use NumCgaColors in a couple of more places
* Remove redundant num_cga_colors constant
* Move 'shell_config_shortcuts' option to 'dosbox' section
* Minor cleanup in command execution code
* Make shell configuration shortcus optional
