DOSBox-Staging Git (2023/08/07) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Fix altered shader pragmas not taking an effect when reloading the shader
* Add get_bits_per_pixel() PixelFormat helper
* Add to_string() helper function for PixelFormat
* Move PixelFormat to render.h
* Use the name "pixel format" consistently
* Replace 'bpp' (bits per pixel) with PixelFormat enum
* Cleanup of PCI address space constants
* Remove unused PCI header
