WinVICE r44285 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Add UI action ID/name for playing default PSID subtune
Add UI action `ACTION_PSID_SUBTUNE_DEFAULT`/"psid-subtune-default" for vsid.
The SDL UI has a menu item for this, but the Gtk3 UI appears to be missing this,
so perhaps it needs to be added to the Gtk3 UI.
