WinVICE r44265 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Add UI action IDs/names for media recording (audio, screenshot, video)
The Gtk3 UI has `MEDIA_RECORD` which shows a dialog where the user can select
between audio, screenshot or video, but the SDL UI has three menu items to
record media, for which `MEDIA_RECORD_AUDIO`, `MEDIA_RECORD_SCREENSHOT` and
`MEDIA_RECORD_VIDEO` have now been added.
