puNES Git (2023/04/01)

puNES Git (2023/04/01) is compiled. puNES is a NES emulator. Currently the program supports mappers 0, MMC1, UNROM, CNROM, and the sound is available. It uses the SDL libraries and it works on both Linux and Windows.

puNES Git Changelog:
* Disabled the recognition of the "h264_nvenc" and "hevc_nvenc" encoders (#302).
* Added some roms to the database.
* Fixed Playstation 3 controller mapping (#297).
* Small fix of the previous commit.
