WinVICE r43613 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Add a PET palette that approximates the slightly blue white of the 2001 model.
The exact colour is unknown to me. Youtube videos all vary a bit in the colour they
show. Maybe Commodore even used different CRTs with different colours;
after all they even used different RAM and ROM chip types to the extent that they
had to have 4 different motherboards to adjust to that.
