WinVICE r42836 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: Comment out joystick keyset definitions in vkm files (except keyrah)
See bug #1797: https://sourceforge.net/p/vice-emu/bugs/1797/
Since the vkm files are loaded *after* vicerc, any keyset settings in vicerc
are overruled by the keyset definitions in the keymaps.
Once we've implemented proper joystick mappings and keyset mappings with
separate config files this bug will be properly fixed.
