WinVICE r42616 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Also make the newly selected row scroll into view if it's not in view already.
For Prev/Next if we have multiple selected rows the 'anchor' (first row clicked
while making the selection) will be used as the currently selected row.

Add hotkeys Ctrl+1-0 for subtunes 11-20, Alt+1-0 for subtunes 21-30.
Someone with a Mac will have to add the Appeltje/Bloemkool+1-0 keys for
MacOS.
