DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/10/15)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/10/15) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Ignore glib's GVDB (GVariant Database) subproject
* Reduce number of MSYS2 CI jobs
* Setup vcpkg and NuGet in the same CI step
* Update macOS CI to v12 and fix debug jobs
* Update CI variable-sharing syntax
* Drop dormant CI workflows
* Upload the it.lng file generated on Linux
* Fix some errors in the Italian (it-it) translation
