DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/08/20)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/08/20) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:

* Fix code that was throwing away samples generated from the bottom six channels.
* Use default environment in macOS CI builds
* Validate extra link arguments in Meson
* Build macOS x86 release on available runners
