DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/08/02)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/08/02) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Check if the debugger UI was created before ending
* Only use sRGB textures if the frambuffer supports it
* Report failures when getting the OpenGL sRGB status
* Flag the Intel GL driver's sRGB ability as unreliable
