Vita3K Git (2022/07/14) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

* updater: Add option to disable updater (#1949)
* vita3K Update: Init it only in CLI master build.
* shader, renderer: use format of current surface if gpu does not support unknown format
