Vita3K Git (2022/06/04)

Vita3K Git (2022/06/04) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

Vita3K Git Changelog:
* ngs: Pass proper argument to buffer swap callback
* io: Allow ftell to work on files bigger than 2 GB
* shader: Do not compute data type size too early
* ngs: Implement atrac9 start and end sample skip
* renderer: Fix blending
* renderer: Do not return a surface handle when it is a texture
* modules/SceNgs: Add missing check for voice and ngs disable option.
