Vita3K Git (2022/06/02) is compiled. Vita3K is an experimental PlayStation Vita emulator for Windows, Linux and macOS. The emulator currently runs a few homebrew programs in .vpk format. No commercial games are playable.

* modules/SceVideodec: Return one last frame when calling DecodeStop
* modules/SceSysmem: Remove checks in sceKernelAllocMemBlock
* touch: Correct index type
* Touch: Give more accurate timestamp, number of buffer used and non-zero id
* modules/SceVideodec: Return error if decoder is invalid
* modules/SceSysmem: Allocate blocks with the proper alignment when none specified
* touch: Never return 0 in peek_touch
* display: Use proper thread functions when waiting for vblank
