DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/06/16)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/06/16) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Allow runtime changes to the [mixer] settings
* Add mute_when_inactive and refactor priority settings
* Map audio mute/unmute to Ctrl+F8
* Add audio mute/unmute functionality
* Disengage SDL main's rendering when opening the mapper
* Expose SDL main's disengage rendering function
