WinVICE r42386

WinVICE r42386 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

set min-height same as font size, now it works in all themes hopefully (tested on windows and my linux box)

revert to -1px css hack, with this it looks wrong in windows. we need to override another property to make it look right in all themes (eg on my linux)
