WinVICE r42324 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

GCC has this warning enabled through -Wall, but Clang needs this explicitly
enabled, though only Clang >= 13.0 supports it. When using older versions of

Gtk3: Remove the `keysym` and `modifier` members from `ui_menu_item_t`
The menu item declarations are no longer used to set hotkeys, so the members
`keysym` and `modifier` can be removed.

Prepare for complete removal of the `keysym` and `modifier` members of the menu
item declarations, these are no longer required since everything is handled via
