WinVICE r42301 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Move uiactions.{c,h} from arch/gtk3 to arch/shared
Since we want a UI-agnostic way of handling hotkeys and triggering UI actions
from the menu, hotkeys and joystick mappings, these files should no longer live
in arch/gtk3.
We can probably move more function prototypes and struct declarations into
src/uiapi.h.
