DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/04/10)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2022/04/10) is compiled. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Let the minimum window size be less than the draw area
* Log the viewport output size and pixel-aspect
* Always save the window dimensions after resizing
* Let the window size be exactly as specified
* Correct the handling of limits when calculating the viewport
* Add percentage handling to the viewport conf parser
* Reorder the viewport_resolution setting after window_resolution
* Refactor the viewport restriction setting function
* Rename a function to be consitent with others
* Rename the viewport resolution related items
* Rename the state indicator when the viewport is limited
* Rename the state indicator when an exact win size is set
* Check parallel port with bool OR instead of bitwise OR
