WinVICE r41936 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Rework the VIA's shift register and Timer 2.
All testprogs/VIC20/via_sr/viasr??.prg test programs pass.
The viasr00ifr.prg tests fail like before due to Timer 1/CA2 related issues.
From testprogs/{drive,VIC20}/viavarious test cases 1-9 pass (9 failed before).
Tests 10... fail like before due to Timer 1/PB7 related issues.
There is no longer any special-case code for the "burstmodehack".
The test cases from bug #996 (both with x64 and x64sc) and
bug #1233 (x128 -default -drive8type 4000 -8 test.d4m) work.
