WinVICE r41771 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Applied patch #339 by Marcus Comstedt: The 'RGBA' in the GL_RGBA texture format refers to the arrangement of the components in order of increasing byte address. Therefore, the component shifts needed to create a texel as a 32-bit integer will be different on little-endian and big-endian systems. This patch selects the correct shifts for the endianness on the host system, fixing a problem with wrong colours on big-endian systems using OpenGL.
