WinVICE r41309 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

Gtk3: VSID: Move the state object/threading stuff into separate files
This should make it easier to use from multiple other files, and force devs not to use the state object directly but via the vsid_state_lock()/vsid_state_unlock() accessor functions.

vsync_on_vsync_do() now supports callbacks that schedule other callbacks, which all run within a single vsync. Refactored the pause loop to schedule new callbacks for as long as paused, with the side effect that screenshots now work while paused because they’re just in the same queue.
