WinVICE r41046 is released. WinVICE is a program that executes programs intended for the old 8-bit computers. The current version emulates the C64, the C128, the VIC20, all the PET models (except the SuperPET 9000, which is out of line anyway), the PLUS4 and the CBM-II (aka C610).

in monitor_open() reuse the previously set cpu type for a memspace. should fix bug #1033. there is at least one more quirk left that needs fixing: when a breakpoint hits on the currently not active cpu, it will not automatically switch over. also the prompt will not switch to the address/pc of the other cpu
