Added: ability to extract data from rom header such as INES (.nes) header and use the data to rename rom and/or add data info for rom.
Currently supported headers:
INES (.nes)
The extract rom header info works only with "Add Roms" and "Add Roms (folder scan)". Also when draging-droping roms in a console will
open the Add Roms dialog.
For updating already exist console roms without building new, simply re-do "Add Roms" or "Add Roms (folder scan)" with these options set:
If a rom found in console match the add rom path: Ignore it (leave it unchecked in Add Roms window).
Extract information from rom header (i.e. INES header) if available. is set
