GLideN64 Git Changelog:
* Init hdRatio for depth buffer texture.
* Fix some shader compilation errors
* Rewrite mipmap shader for GLES 2.0
* Use sliced texture atlas for mipmap textures to avoid possible texture size limitations.
* Do not load mip-map levels if current combiner does not use LOD.
* Force lod=1.0 when the most detailed texture is desired by the user.
* Remove needReplaceTex1byTex0()
* LOD: tile selection and lod_frac calculation changes
* Rewrite mip-maps load:
