EKA2L1 Git (2021/08/04)

EKA2L1 Git (2021/08/04) is released. EKA2L1 is a Experimental Symbian OS emulator, written in C++ 17. The emulator currently emulates Symbian OS's EKA2 behavior (with planned EKA1 support), and reimplement most of its critical app servers. It can already boot many EKA2's apps and games, with EKA1 being worked on at the moment.

* package: Fix SIS file struct that has file op undefined
* qt: Fix typo in translation directory for qt5
* drivers/dsp/ffmpeg: Don't attempt to decode if queued data is empty and given data is empty also
* services/window: Fix key repeat spam
* services/audio/mmf: Fix not taking four cc in init3 and buffer size too large
* drivers/dsp/ffmpeg: Add support for encoded format like mp3
* native: Add sound test program
