DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/06/01)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/06/01) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Eliminate existing poll-throttling counters
* Process SDL's event queue prior to each host video frame
* Use a lookup table to convert 8-to-16 bit samples
* Don't shift negative values (undefined behavior)
* Ensure input is focused when fullscreen to avoid stranding

* Lower allowed warnings limits
* Add support tests to Visual Studio tests solution
* Perform safe left-shift of signed values in MAME OPL
* Add a left-shift support function for signed values
* Remove dead-code from MAME OPL destroy calls
* Check device pointer before logging in MAME OPL
* Fix segfault on initialization of MAME OPL3
* Bump the VC redistibutable package to version 14.29.30036
* Work-around the known-bugged VS2019 16.10 version
