DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/05/05)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/05/05) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Merge 'svn/trunk' r4452
* win64 changes. (jmarsh)
* Make compilation easier with certain compilers and file systems.
* Preserve DOS error code when checking file existence on the FAT drive. Fixes regression related to r4442.
* Function for setting BIOS equipment word. Correct floppy disk density notes.
* Add support for DMF floppy disk images.
