DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/04/06)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/04/06) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Convert parse_addr private method to static function
* Update manual regarding 'mixer /listmidi'
* Provide option for selecting ALSA port by name

* Generate new translation files
* Update pl_PL translation
