DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/03/29) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* Support detection of non-EGA/VGA machine types with elements of BIOS. Fixes the CGA version of Robomaze III, Road Runner, et al.

* Prefer ALSA ports marked with type synthesizer
* Log ALSA MIDI client name after successfull connection
* Highlight ALSA port we're connected to
* Reset used sequencer address when disconnecting
* Filter MIDI ports to list only the usable ones
* Detect input ALSA MIDI port
* Provide better names for sequencer and port
* Adjust connection logic
* Remove hardcoded default MIDI ports in ALSA backnd
