DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/03/18)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/03/18) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Add missing enum value to swith handling Video BIOS signature
* Merge 'svn/trunk' r4443
* Move video BIOS signature code to where it should be. Improve detection of Paradise SVGA in some installers with additional signature.
