DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/03/09)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2021/03/09) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Silence MSVC warning about converting to 32-bit value
* Merge 'svn/trunk' r4442
* Improve DOS Create Temporary File function: don't use same sequence of filenames each session; don't overwrite existing files.
