DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/12/13)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/12/13) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

DOSBox-Staging Git Changelog:
* Remove two MEM_* function declarations inside blocks
* Add support building for Apple M1
* Merge branch 'svn/trunk' r4394
* switch to WAVE_SH instead of LFO_SH (harekiet). Thanks for bringing it up psyraven.
* Prevent hiding a global variable
* Include FluidSynth statically in the Linux release and test binary
* Lift the linux build variables to to the job-level
