Stella Git (2020/10/06) is compiled. Stella is a multi-platform Atari 2600 VCS emulator. The Atari 2600 Video Computer System (VCS), introduced in 1977, was the most popular home video game system of the early 1980's. * Added debugger pseudo-registers to detect timer access on wraparound (fixes #606).
* Startup bank randomization is now disabled for BUS and DPC+ too (similar reasoning as for CDF).
* made correct aspect ratio a permanent setting
* changed plain video mode into no correct aspect ratio mode
* added doc for plain video mode
* Add plain video mode.
