OpenMSX Git (2020/08/12)

OpenMSX Git (2020/08/12) is complie. OpenMSX is an open source MSX emulator which is free according to the Debian Free Software Guidelines, available under the GNU General Public License.For copyright reasons the emulator cannot be distributed with original BIOS ROM images. OpenMSX includes C-BIOS a minimal implementation of the MSX BIOS, allowing to play quite some games without the need to have an original MSX BIOS ROM image. You can also use your own BIOS ROM image if you please.

* Go into release mode for version 16.0-rc1
* Final update of release notes and addition to history
* Update copyright year
* Exclude Meson build files from dist tarball, for now
* Exclude hidden top-level dirs from dist tarball
* Include revision information in Windows resource version string
* Support 2-component versions in win_resource.py
* Use 0 instead of 1 as the default revision number
* Drop removal of suffix from version number in win_resource.py
