DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/06)

DOSBox-Staging Git (2020/07/06) is released. This repository attempts to modernize the DOSBox project by using current development practices and tools, fixing issues, adding features that better support today's systems, and sending patches upstream.

* List Startup Verbosity in README's table of differences
* Add startup Verbosity::Low as pre-req for stdout prior to executable
* Add startup Verbosity::Medium as pre-req for the Welcome banner
* Add startup Verbosity::High as pre-req for the Splash
* Add a configurable "Startup Verbosity" setting
* Let CommandLine inidicate if it was passed a directory
* Let CommandLine inidicate if it was passed an executable filename
* Add and use an is_executable_filename() support function
