Mesen-S Git (2019/10/20) is compiled. Mesen-S is a cross-platform SNES emulator for Windows & Linux built in C++ and C#.

Mesen-S Git changelog:
* Cart: Fixed memory corruption issue when loading a OBC1 rom with no save ram
* SPC: Make SPC file detection a bit more lenient to allow loading files exported from SNES GSS
* UI: Fixed file filter to include SPC files
* Input: Added option to control analog stick deadzone size
* PPU: Fixed regression that caused flickering when fast forwarding
* Linux: Fixed compilation warnings/errors
* SPC: Added support for SPC file playback
